Procend Group was founded by Nathan Herbert following more than 10 years working across software implementation, business transformation, systems, process improvement, training and operational change.
Nathan's career has taken him from supporting businesses using technology and delivering software implementations, to working inside businesses themselves — improving systems and processes, developing teams and leading implementation and transformation programmes.
Along the way, he's worked directly with businesses of different sizes, supported growing organisations and acquisitions, trained hundreds of users and experienced first-hand what it takes to turn a plan into change that works in the real world.
That combination of consultancy and hands-on operational experience shapes the way Procend works today: understand the business first, find the right solution and stay close enough to the delivery to help make it happen.
